It is a 100% export-oriented leather footwear industry with linkage units of leather, outsole, heels, insoles, midsoles, and so on. It has been inherited expertise and foreign know-how. A project has been undertaken for compliance and Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR). A German consultant CSI team has been working to upgrade management system and train Human Resource as per EU Standard. A child center, education support for the children of the workers and medical supports are provided under CSR program.
